Given the experiences that I have undergone in life in pursuit of education I will be keen to create an enabling environment that will encourage students to learn freely without fear or ridicule. This will be implemented through the establishment of a free system of learning whereby no students is discouraged or made to feel inferior to the rest. All students will be motivated to participate in the learning process freely irrespective of the weaknesses that some will possess. This will encourage a spirit where everyone is appreciated and the input of every student counts whether it is relevant or not just to encourage the weak students to feel path of the group and to prevent them from feeling inferior. Some students may tend to feel more intellectually superior that the rest and develop a tendency of bullying the rest knowledge wise.
